Aksia Group SGR S.p.A. announces the acquisition of Nappi 1911, a leading Italian company in the production of ingredients and semi-finished products for artisanal gelato and ice cream, pastry and general sweets industry. The company also produces Amarena-cherries, candied and dried fruit.
Nappi achieved a strong volumes growth and widespread of product portfolio over last year with a positive impact on business growth.
In 2019 the Company recorded more than 40 Euro millions turnover Nappi is the fourth acquisition of Aksìa Capital V.
