Aksìa Capital V, a fund managed by Aksìa SGR, announces, through its portfolio company ICAM, the acquisition of HPiLOG, an Italian company specializing in integrated logistics solutions, warehouse management, and logistics outsourcing services.

The transaction marks the first add-on for ICAM and is part of the growth strategy launched following Aksìa’s investment in 2023, aimed at creating a center of excellence in logistics automation by aggregating high-potential companies recognized for their innovation and product quality.
