Aksìa, through its fund Aksìa Capital VI, today announces the closing of the acquisition of 100% of Seasmart S.r.l., an Italian company specialized in the production of high-end marine accessories, including mooring cleats, awnings, locks, hatches, and boarding ladders.

Seasmart S.r.l., founded in 2007 and based in Pesaro, is a company specialized in the design, prototyping, and production of high-end accessories for the marine industry, made with premium materials such as stainless steel, carbon fiber, and titanium. The company develops both standard and custom solutions, standing out for its quality, design, and high technical content. All products are entirely made in Italy, with design and assembly managed in-house to ensure superior quality standards and maximum durability. Seasmart collaborates with leading shipyards and design studios worldwide, also providing technical support, spare parts, and maintenance services. The company operates through a semi-integrated production model that combines efficient in-house design and assembly capabilities with a network of qualified suppliers for component manufacturing.
