With the start of 2022, Aksìa Group has further strengthened its Investment Team with the additions of Filippo Anichini (Director), Chiara De Blasi (Manager) and Matteo Bertolo (Analyst). With this further strengthening, the Investment Team now consists of 9 professionals.

Filippo Anichini worked in the private equity fund HLD, where as Investment Director he was involved in the acquisition and management of companies in both Italy and France. Before starting his career in private equity, Filippo worked at BCG and AlixPartners as a strategic consultant in gradually increasing roles. He holds a bachelor's degree in economics and business law from the Catholic University of Milan and a master's degree in finance from Bocconi University.

Chiara De Blasi began her career in private equity in 2017 with Motion Equity Partners, a French private equity fund. After two years she joined Nova Equity Partners, a spin-off of Motion Fund. She previously worked for Morgan Stanley and UBS in London in their Investment Banking divisions. Chiara holds a bachelor's degree in Economics and Finance and a Master of Science in Finance from Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi in Milan.

Matteo Bertolo has over two years of experience in the M&A team of EY Strategy and Transactions in the fashion & luxury, consumer & retail and Industrial sectors. Matteo started his career in 2019 in Banca IMI's Corporate Solution team following an experience for a boutique strategy consulting firm in Singapore. Matteo holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Cà Foscari University of Venice and a Master's degree in Finance from the University of Melbourne.
