Aksìa Capital V, a fund managed by Aksìa SGR S.p.A., has completed the acquisition of RIS Iberia S.L., a Spanish company specialized in the design and supply of professional irrigation solutions for agricultural and residential use. The acquisition was carried out through IREX, Aksìa’s portfolio company and a leading European industrial platform for precision irrigation technologies.
