Three new promotions in the team

Aksìa Sgr, a private equity fund management firm, announces the promotion of Filippo Anichini to partner, and Chiara De Blasi and Guglielmo Orsatti to director of the Milan office. These appointments are part of the company’s talent development and growth project, and the significant development process of Aksìa, which last year celebrated its 25th anniversary.

Filippo Anichini joined Aksìa in 2022. Previously, Filippo worked in the private equity fund HLD, where as Investment Director he was involved in the acquisition and management of companies in both Italy and France. Before starting his career in private equity, Filippo worked at BCG and AlixPartners, where he supervised many fund-led companies in due diligence, business plans, transformation and performance improvement projects. During his career, Filippo has delved into a variety of industries, including IT services, fashion, food & beverage, and mechanical engineering. He holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and business law from the Catholic University of Milan and a master’s degree in finance from Bocconi University.

Chiara De Blasi began her career in private equity in 2017 with Motion Equity Partners, a French private equity fund. After two years, she joined Nova Equity Partners, a spin-off of Motion Fund. As Investment Associate, she was involved in all activities of the investment team, from fundraising and creating new opportunities to monitoring portfolio companies. She previously worked for Morgan Stanley and UBS in London in their Investment Banking divisions. Chiara holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Finance and a Master of Science in Finance from Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi in Milan.

Guglielmo Orsatti joined Aksìa in 2020. After working in investment banking at Rothschild (2016) and Mediobanca (2017-2018), Guglielmo began his career in private equity in May 2018 at PAI Partners, a French private equity fund. Here, Guglielmo intervened in all activities carried out by the Italian team, from analyzing investment opportunities to monitoring Italian portfolio companies. Guglielmo holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the G. D’Annunzio University of Chieti-Pescara and a master’s degree in Administration, Corporate Finance and Control from the Bocconi University of Milan.
