Aksìa Capital V, a fund managed by Aksìa Group SGR S.p.A., announces the acquisition of Scarabelli Irrigazione S.r.l. and Giunti S.p.A., historic Italian companies active in the production and marketing of products, components and solutions for traditional and precision irrigation. This is the eighth deal for the Aksìa Capital V fund, which was launched in 2019 and recorded its final closing in February with maximum subscriptions of more than 275 million euros, confirming Aksìa Group's unique positioning among private equity firms active in the Italian market.
